House Description

On the coast of Alcaidesa, this outstanding residence offers a spectacular 180-degree outlook across the golf course, the Mediterranean Sea, and the iconic Rock of Gibraltar. Scheduled for completion in May 2026, it represents a rare opportunity to acquire a brand-new, state-of-the-art home in one of the most privileged locations on the coast. Crafted with only the highest-quality materials and finishes, the property features a SieMatic kitchen equipped with Gaggenau and Liebherr appliances, alongside Roche Bobois furniture indoors and outdoors. Elegant Porcelanosa tiling, Bisazza details, and Cortizo windows with sliding doors enhance the home’s modern elegance, complemented by Italian interior doors throughout. Designed for ultimate comfort and lifestyle, the residence includes six bedrooms, a private cinema, gym, spa, and elevator. The outdoor areas are equally impressive, boasting two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, chill-out zones, and a Big Green Egg barbecue space with original furniture. Bathrooms are fitted with Villeroy & Boch and Duravit fixtures, while a walk through the beautifully landscaped garden—home to more than 30 palm trees—reveals uninterrupted views that make this property truly unique. Additional highlights include a freestanding bathtub, double dishwasher, wine fridge, Thermomix, and an electric fireplace. Solar panels (11 kW) ensure both ‌sustainability ‌and ‌efficiency. ‌This ‌is more than a home; ‌it ‌is a statement of luxury, ‌design, ‌and lifestyle, ‌set in an unrivalled ‌location ‌with ‌views ‌you’ll ‌never ‌tire ‌of.
